This ET shearling ewe is a daughter of the prolific stock getting Import sire 07456 and out of an imported ewe, sold in lamb to the import sire 00221, offering fresh genetics. Sharpest on the day were Messrs Williams, Garndolbenmaen, Gwynedd, securing her with a final bid of 2200gns.
Next best was the previous lot from the Sunnybank flock of Henry Jewitt, being Sunnybank Eye of The Tiger. This is another ET progeny of the import ram 07456 and is a full sister to the Great Yorkshire winning ewe lamb Sunnybank Cover Girl. Capturing this shearling ewe were Messrs Raine and son, Penrith, Cumbria, who can look forward to lambs from the imported ram 00221.
